AWESOME ARMS - 30 min quick, intense shoulder and arm workout with extra attention to those troubled triceps!
BALL BLAST - This 30 minute class uses the ball to strengthen and stretch your entire body while improving your balance and core fitness.BARRE FITNESS - Our 60-minute class starts with a warm up and sequence of upper-body exercises using light free weights, push-ups and plank. It's here that we target the bicep, tricep, shoulder, chest and back muscles. Then we move into a series of ballet barre or floor exercises that focus on the thighs - which we then stretch.
BARRE & BALL - Combines Pilates (Mat and Ball), yoga stretches, and good old-fashioned exercises. The class is great for strengthening, toning, increasing flexibility, circulation and an increased sense of well-being. This class is set to music and is adapted for all levels.
BOOT CAMP - Basic Training with Core workout. This class combines interval training with squats, jacks, and lunges. Weight training and a cardio workout for 45 minutes, finish with 15 minutes of core challenge.
CARDIO EXPRESS - 30 minute combo of step and floor aerobics.
CARDIO & CORE HITT - This class is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and core conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines plyometric training, high intensity cardio bursts designed to burn fat, tone your body, and improve your endurance! OH ... and Abs Abs Abs! Modifications for all fitness levels are provided.
CARIBBEAN RHYTHM - Have fun, move to the rhythm of the music while toning and sculpting with light weights and get a total body workout!
CHISEL’N SCULPT - A combination class; muscle conditioning exercises with cardio bursts
in between work major muscle groups maintaining heart rate in the fat burning zone while building
CIRCUIT CITY - This is a fast paced, action packed class, that includes intervals of cardio and strength exercises through circuit training. Come join the morning fun and boost your metabolism along the way!
HATHA YOGA - is the most widely practiced form of yoga in the world. Hatha Yoga uses postures and conscious breathing in combination with mental focus to develop awareness, strength, flexibility, and relaxation. Through proper alignment and mindful actions of the body, Hatha Yoga brings balance, strength, and a sense of well-being.
MUSCLE PUMP - This dumbbell and resistance class challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best strength training
exercises: lunges, squats, presses, lifts, extensions and curls to increase your metabolism and
get the degree of muscle definition you’re looking for!
N-SANITY - Moderate to high level interval body-weight and cardio training for 3-4 minute bouts with brief rest periods (20-30 seconds). Great for total body muscle conditioning, core strength and intense cardio, fat melting results!
OPEN CYCLE - Enjoy cycling with your gym-mates! Bring your own music and mix it up. (one door to the room must remain open at all times).
PILATES - This workout is based upon strengthening the “core” muscles of the body while increasing
flexibility and mobility in the legs, arms and supporting muscle groups.
SILVER SNEAKERS® CLASSIC- 60 minute toning, strengthening and stretching workout. Improve your balance, flexibility and strength while listening to some great music and having fun!
STEP CIRCUIT - Intervals of step training and muscle conditioning. Great for a total body workout and fat
VINYASA YOGA - Vinyasa means "breath-synchronized movement", and Vinyasa Yoga is a series of poses that will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling. Vinyasa movements are smoothly flowing and almost dance-like, which explains why it is sometimes referred to as simply Flow.
