14th Anniversary

14 years ago today we put the ink to the paper and bought our first health club, HHF, now in its 21st year of operation! Today we have two locally and independently owned and operated clubs with the acquisition of Salem Athletic Club last November. The difference? Personal service with no corporate bs! We feel strongly that we have the two best weight rooms in the area (lots of weights), an abundance of ‘socially spaced’ cardio including some smaller, more private areas for you to do your cardio workouts all available 24 hours a day in Salem and also coming to Hampstead asap, the best group of instructors imaginable (they care and love what they do) and just the cleanest of clean facilities (long before covid). Most importantly I am blessed and so proud of our team of nearly 100 employees that give it their all, every day for you our valued members! We are navigating through this challenging time, one day at a time and will be stronger and better when all is said and done. Thank you for your support for the last 14 years, especially the last 7 months, it means the world to us to have you as part of the HHF & SAC family!
