Two New Silver Sneakers Classes!

Due to the overwhelming success and attendance of our Silver Sneakers classes we have added two more!

Starting Feb 25th we now have Silver Sneakers Class on Mondays at 11:15am with Brenda, Chris or Sharon on a rotation basis as well as Thursdays at 11:15am with Sharon!

More times, more flexibility, more great workouts!

New Class: Vinyasa Yoga with Giselle

Introducing new Vinyasa Flow Yoga class with Giselle on Friday evenings at 5:45 pm! It’s a full 60 minutes of mindfulness, strengthening, & stretching. What better way to start off your weekend festivities?!

Non-members welcome. Pay for a day pass or take advantage of our class passes of 10 or 20 visits.

 

More Zumba Fun!

Becky hosted a special Zumba class tonight! How fun does this look?! Killer cardio work out and we also incorporate muscle toning in a handful of our songs too. On the average you burn 600 to 1000 calories a class. Lights are out and no worries if you miss a few steps, we just call those personal solos!!!

Next Choose to Lose Starts October 15th

8-Week Program Starts October 15th!

Our 9th year running HHF’s signature small group program, CHOOSE TO LOSE. Over 10,000 pounds has been lost by participants! The popular HHF weight-loss program always has a waiting list. Individuals compete over 8 weeks to lose weight and improve fitness to win exciting prizes!

Attend ANY of the available time slots for the same price!


What’s New?

  • Although groups will workout together, results will be calculated on an individual basis only so there will be no team standings.
  • Women and men will be ranked in separate categories.
  • Pick your primary time for your weigh-in and initial group session.
  • After that you will benefit by working with various trainers by attending ANY of the other available time slots for workouts, but make sure to weigh-in weekly with the trainer you started with for accuracy of results.
  • Riptide small group personal training sessions are also available to you during Choose to Lose at no additional cost to help accelerate your results! (see schedule)
  • Prize packages will be awarded to the top 3 men and the top 3 women with the highest percentage of weight lost at the end of the contest

The Team Leader will lead group during weekly meetings, workouts, discuss nutrition, and weigh you in.  You will leave each weeks meeting with a workout to do during the week until your next meeting.

After your weekly meetings, your team leader will use the data collected to update our scoreboard. Leaders will be posted weekly; specific results will not be disclosed.
