Join one of our *LIVE* virtual group exercise classes from the comfort of your home.
Starting on Monday 3/23/2020 we will be using Zoom to share live virtual group exercise classes free to all our members.
Please email daily for meeting passwords, available exclusively to our members. Passwords will be available 24hrs before class start and cannot be given out any sooner. Meeting IDs stay the same every week.
How does Zoom work?
It’s really simple.
All you have to do is download the “Zoom cloud meetings” app.
You do not need to sign up for anything, all you will need is a Meeting ID and Password.
To get your “Meeting Password”, simply send us an email (see below),
we will confirm your membership and give you the password.
Send an email to Bennet Curtin or Ted Curtin to request a Meeting Password:

When you open the app, click on “Join” and on the next screen enter the 9-digit “Meeting ID” code and Password that we gave you.
Meeting IDs stay the same every week.
